Terms of Service

By connecting an Instagram account to or otherwise using the AlpsIT Instagram Feedservice (the “Service”) provided by AlpsIT, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service retrieves an authorised Instagram account’s public profile and posts and makes them available to one or more websites you authorise, so the feed can be displayed there. The Service caches this data and refreshes it periodically.

You must have the right to connect the Instagram account you authorise, and the account should be an Instagram Business or Creator account. You are responsible for activity carried out under your connection and for keeping any issued keys confidential.

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Do not use the Service to display content you are not entitled to display.

The Service relies on the Instagram Platform. Your use must comply with Meta’s and Instagram’s terms and policies. Access may change or be withdrawn if required by Meta or by changes to the Instagram Platform.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and Instagram data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlpsIT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and disconnect at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or if required by Meta or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
